Where can I buy Chorus vinyl storage furniture?
Only through this website.
Which countries do you sell to?
We take orders from customers in the UK (mainland) for vinyl storage systems of any size and capacity (subject to the minimum starting sizes). All orders are fully installed by us.
We take orders from anywhere else in the world for vinyl storage systems with a minimum capacity of 15,000 albums (which is about 190 shelves). We endeavour to use local suppliers for manufacturing core components to save on shipping/export costs. Installation may be contracted to local technicians but always with rigorous oversight by us (and including full and final on-site approval by us).
How can I discuss my vinyl storage requirements and/or get a quote?

How do I order a Chorus record storage system?
Let’s talk > Quote > Accept > Sign a Contract > Pay the Deposit > Off we go
Contact us for a call back (see above)
We’ll discuss your requirements, prepare your Quote and email it to you
Accept the Quote (click a link in the email and ACCEPT online) or call us if you wish to amend it
When you accept the Quote we’ll call you to discuss install dates and how you’d like to pay. You can pay by credit card or bank transfer. If you choose to pay by bank transfer the quoted price will be discounted by 2% on your Invoice
We’ll then email you a Contract and the Invoice
Click the link on the email to digitally sign the Contract. This must be signed before payment is made
Then make the 50% Deposit payment indicated on the Invoice. If you choose to pay by Credit Card the payment can be made online. If you’re paying by bank transfer, use our bank details on the Invoice and we’ll look out for the Deposit arriving in our account
When we receive your Deposit Payment, your Order is confirmed and we’ll begin to make your furniture
We’ll contact you to take Final Payment about 10 days in advance of installation
What’s the lead time for ordering Chorus vinyl storage furniture?
For up-to-date UK lead times, just click ‘Our current delivery times’ in the black banner at the very top of any webpage on this site. We’ll always advise you of precise lead times when you accept your Quote and work to confirm an install date.
Orders from customers outside the UK (these must be for large systems with capacities of at least 15,000 albums), we expect a design-install service of between12 and 16 weeks.
Can I change or cancel my furniture order?
If you change an order after your Deposit Payment has been paid, there may be additional charges.
If you wish to cancel an order after paying your Deposit Payment, the Deposit Payment is non-refundable because we will have begun to make your furniture*.
If you’ve made a Final Payment but the installation has not yet been carried out, we’ll refund 80% of the Final Payment.
*Please note: The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (which cover cancellations for products ‘sold at distance’) do not apply in respect of the customised / bespoke personalised products that LongPlayer sells. What’s your returns policy?
All furniture is made to order and customised. As is usual practice in the made-to-order furniture sector, we don’t accept returns. Please ensure you’re happy before ordering.
Where can I see and experience Chorus?
We don’t sell through high-street stores and we don’t have a showroom. However, we do have a Demonstrator Shelf which we can loan to you.
